How does IPL Treatment work?
IPL(Intense Pulsed Light) adopts the principle that substance
absorbs light selectively. As different target issues absorbs
pulsed light with different spectrum and the light acts on pigment.
Through photo thermal and actinism, the IPL machine could dispel
